The genres are various which include Chinese oil painting (landscape, figures, flowers, birds, beasts) and western oil painting (landscape, portrait, idyllic scenery, famous buildings at home and abroad)
The procedure of painting on eggs is to separate egg white and yolk from shell firstly, to paint on the shell secondly, to adhere the shell to cardboard or mahogany which is mounted with silk. The mounting of the egg painting has developed further in order to make the works more beautiful, exquisite and superior.
